Reiki Level One

Reiki Level One is the introductory course to the hands-on healing technique of Reiki, a Japanese healing art. It focuses on opening energy channels to allow the practitioner to connect with the universal life force energy (also known as Ki or Prana), which is believed to flow through the body and into the hands. Level One teaches the basics of self-healing, energy awareness, and foundational hand positions for giving treatments to oneself and others. 

Approximate cost including manuals: $150

Next Group Class will be in Fall 2025. Private trainings always available as well as refreshers for those who are already Reiki attuned but wish to learn in the Gendai tradition.

Reiki Level Two

Reiki Level Two, also known as Okuden, builds upon the foundation of Level One by introducing symbols and enabling practitioners to work with others and perform distant healing. It delves deeper into the mental and emotional aspects of healing, enhancing intuition and helping practitioners address more complex issues.

Approximate cost including manuals: $200

In the Gendai Lineage, you must have completed Level One with a Gendai Master in order to complete Level Two. Level One Refreshers are available to those trained in other lineages who wish to continue in the Gendai line at Level Two.

Next Group class likely Spring 2026 but individual classes are available any time.

Reiki Level Three and Four
